[Resolved]  Razorpay — payment transaction i'd of rs 8564/- during booking of spicejet flight on 2apr 2019

Address:Jaipur, Rajasthan

I have booked a flight ticket from spicejet website on 02 apr 2019 at about 0640h. An amt of rs 8564/- has been deducted via your website but transaction i'd not rec'd and confirmation not yet recd from spicejet auth. I asked spicejet auth for confirmation but they said no payment made or no tickets booked by them. Please provide transportation details to mob no [protected] or [protected]

I registered complaint for transaction I'd with SBI credit card office to provide most, they info and will be back after 3 days, I will send it once I rec'd from bank

Tried to book irctc ticket through razor pay. Twice money deducted but ticket not booked. Rs 4738.27 + 4738.27 through google tez id diljith.[protected]@oksbi on 28.03.2018. Please resolve this issue as early as possible. irctc id is diljith_dt
