[Resolved] Swiggy — didn't get the order | |
I am from bangalore city... Marathahalli is my proper place... I orderd food on swiggy on 1st april 2019.. Orderd time was 9.50 pm.. After half and hour i started asking to the customer support out my order... They said delivery boy is waiting outside the resaturent and food is preparing... After 1 hour i asked again they gave the same answer... This conversation repeated for minimum 10 times... At the end at 12.00 am when i asked they said if you want you can cancel the order... Every other restaurants was closed at that time... At the end time they said... As a customer i lost my time, money for 4 days (Refund will be only after 4 days) and i couldnt have food also...
