[Resolved]  BookMyShow — refund for failed ticket booking

I am mini v. I booked 4 tickets for athiran using bookmyshow.com in g track cinemas, kadinamkulam for 6:30pm show for date 14th april 2019 using state bank of india net banking
After selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow website displayed some message like 'processing...' and after some time, it displayed, 'oops, an error occurred'.
But an amount of rs 542 was debited from my account. This transaction was done at around 6:00pm on 12th april 2019.
I waited for around 20-25 minutes, but i didn't receive any sms or e-mail from book my show for confirmation of tickets but i did receive sms from sbi for deduction of money.

So, basically money for my 1st transaction should be refunded bookmyshow as it didn't handle the transaction properly and deducted amount without booking the seats.

I request a refund of rs 542/- from bookmyshow.

Ideally the amount does hit the account within 5-7 working days or 10 working days in case of nationalized bank.

You may note down the reversal code IGAFXJXCO3

Please quote the above mentioned reference code to your bank and then cross check the same with your updated bank statement for the mentioned period and assist us with the screenshot of the statement in case of any discrepancies.

I booked my ticket from book my show for Badala movie 10.45pm in SM5 carnival kalyan Maharashtra but my transaction failed and amount debited from my saving account. i didn't received my debited amount back
The money amount is 1050rs.
Please help.
