[Resolved] Reliance Digital — ac installation not done after 8 days | |||
Hi, I bought a daikin inverter ac from reliance digital in ambience mall. The installation was suppose to be next day and free. Surprisingly, the ac was delivered 4 days after the purchase and the installation is still pending after 8 days. Thy are calling everyday to confirm if the ac is delivered, followed by a delivery confirmation with the dates changed. On calling the showroom, i am promised that the installation guys are on the way. This is the message been given to me for 4 says straight. Feel very cheated by them. No internal organisation and coordination. They just tell you whatever comes to mind. So today after almost 9 days i am still sitting with a packed ac. Thinking of getting it installed personally but it will cost me another 5k extra. Regret transacting with reliance digital. This was the last time. Was this information helpful? | |||

Reliance digital tv offered all free channels for one year and now they are providing service of only 5-6 paid channels. It's a big fraud.
