[Resolved] BookMyShow — cancellation of booking by bookmyshow for confirmation id w3gffxa | |||
I had booked for avengers endgame 2 tickets to see alongwith my kid for the carnival: imax, wadala 04:00pm | 26-apr-2019 show vide bookmyshow confirmation id w3gffxa. Suddenly i got a sms and email from bookmyshow today that the booking is cancelled when i had not accessed the bookmyshow app nor given a call for cancellation. Tried interacting with bookmyshow help centre who have kept on insisting that the booking was canceled from my end only. Could be bookmyshow had overbooked and hence canceled my confirmed booking id w3gffxa Was this information helpful? | |||

I was trying to book a ticket at spi cinemas tiruvanmiyur chennai on 03.03.2019, at the final stage amount has been debited but ticket has not been booked. kindly rectify the issue as soon as possible and give fruitful solution.
