[Resolved] Cinepolis — cinepolis cinemas | |||
Today i[protected] booked tickets online through cinepolis site and paid through google pay upi pin and money debited but no tickets received. This is highly unethical and unacceptable from a organisation like cinepolis. I was a logal customer but from now i will avoid and even warn people to avoid cinepolis. The tickets i had booked was of avengers end game (2nd may show) and i was asked to do more for my cousins but now i will not. I wish to get help from cinepolis. Was this information helpful? | |||

By mistake i booked two ticket for 3D view, please cancel my ticket or provide me a two ticket of 2D in same row of executive ticket.
