[Resolved] Medlife — delayed service on medicine delivery | |||
I ordered medicine on 26th april midnight, it supposed to be delivered on 30th april, although they claim they will deliver within 24/48 hrs.in the morning some medlife rep called and told some of the medicine not available. So they took the consent from me that they will be sending alternate medicine. They added 25 rs as delivery charges as that was below 200rs. They send an sms mentioning they will deliver on 5th of may, almost 10 days! Now my point is they are forcing the customer to take alternate medicine with additional delivery charges. I don't understand whether they were sleeping till the delivery date. Why they don't keep their promise on delivery. I did not experience such a worst service. What to do?
