[Resolved] Cinepolis India — misbehavior by cinema staff (manager) | |||
I had book a ticket from cinepolis app. It have feature of mticket so, you do not need to go to collect ticket instead of that you can show ticket for your phone. When i was arrived at cinema i showed my mticket. Somehow it was not able to scan and watchman asked me to collect ticket from counter. I asked at the counter that why i need to collect ticket i have mticket on my mobile. That leady told me to tell the manager about this. Manager came there and started telling me that you need to collect the ticket first then you can scan your mticket to get entry. He was talking very loud and watchmen started arguing, while i answer to watchmen, manager started telling me that why you called me here you are talking with the watchmen. Instead of helping me out manager trying to convince me that it was your fault you need to collect tickets. He was telling it was not being scan if you book ticket from cinepolis app. I was just trying to say that if your scanner does not work then you can check tickets from my message of from the app but he was not want to listen me and just talking with the loud voice. I was not want to make it big issue i was with my wife and it was embarrassing for both o[censored]s. I was just leaving it going to the cinema at the same time manager spoke bad words to me. I here that so i asked manager what did you said? He was telling me that i did not talking with you. We are not going to cinema for hearing bad words specially when we are with family. If they are not aware of mticket then at list your staff should have some manners for the customers and how to talk with customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
