[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — complain about odometer change with other bike while given for service | |||
I gave my yamaha fzs-fi v2, to the service center to change the front headlight set, while giving the km reading was about 7850km, but when after 1 week i got my bike, the meter reading was showing 21000 km. After calling to service center, they told that by mistake it has been exchanged with another bike came for servicing. Now it's been 15 days i have got my bike and still they are not changing it with my original odometer which is there in the other customers bike. I call them every day, they keep saying, supervisor is ill or he is not there in the showroom. Kindly do the needful asap. Regards, Utkarsh Was this information helpful? | |||

I visited service center at guduvanchery chennai. It was too hot for a human to stand there. but i could see staffs working there. when enquired them, statement was 'there was no action taken even after many complaints'.why do you give such an horrible experience to your customer and staffs
