[Resolved]  Razorpay — railyatri ticket cancellation refund

I have cancelled my ticket on 10th may 2019 and its 19th may 2019 today. It was written that it will take 4-5 days and it has been 9 days already passed and i have not received the refund yet. My razorpay refund id is: rfnd_cthqexiukzs7hj. Please check the status and refund my money. My pnr number is [protected] and i am worried i have to cancel other tickets also please help.

Sir, I book a ticket on 09/05/2019 from Anand vihar to Bihiya. But i got a not booked with reason of not response from bank. But my 2290.98 rupees withdrawal from my account. But after 11 days my amount is not refund in my account. Please Refund my balance.
