Hi Team,

My self Tushar S. Bhole. I submitted the document which is correct but still my form is rejected please help me .
If its not corrected the tell me how can I resubmit the document.

I contact to bank its said that not required the stamp and signature there is bar code to detect the customer could you please check bank proof for more details.
