[Resolved]  Razorpay — refund not initiated

Please note that I had made a transaction against 3146/- through RazorPay almost 2 months back. The transaction was not successful and so the amount should have got refunded.

No my bank ICICI says they has sent the money back to Razorpay and razorpay says they will not return the money as they are stuck in some processing.

Please help me out.

Transaction was done on 27th March 2019.
The failure was confirmed by the bank and hence bank refunded the money to razorpay's account one month back. Still i have not received my 3146/-

I have filed more than 50 grievance reports and still not one calls nor responds to mails.

I am extremely disappointed by the work culture of RazorPay.

I used Razor pay UPI app to book my IRCTC ticket. The money was deducted from my bank account but the ticket was not booked.

I used to took tickets by 'razor payment gateway'. The ticket was not booked /failure but the amount is debited from my account. I was hoping the amount would automatically credited back to my account, but till now i have not received. Please give me a feedback on this.

We checked the transaction ID 100001855522327 with the reference number 914707472364 and see that this is an unsuccessful transaction. The same will be auto-refunded to your account in 7-10 working days. You may check the status of your IRCTC transaction over here: https://razorpay.com/support/#refund
