[Resolved] Razorpay — refund not initiated even after 2 months | |||
On 27th march 2019 i had done a transaction to book a flight (Through ixigo) from lucknow to mumbai. The transaction was a failure and so no ticket was generated, but the amount of 3146/- was deducted from my account. As confirmed by ixigo that withim 7 days i'll receive my money which sadly not happened as they never received the money. Then ixigo asked me to connect with my bank (Icici) and also with razorpay who is the mediator in between my bank and ixigo. After consulting the bank i raised a customer dispute and chargeback complaint and the bank confirmed that amount was sent to the beneficiary i. E. To razorpay. Now it's been more than a month that razorpay has not returned the money. I don't understand what is the issue with razorpay and why is the delay. Was this information helpful? | |||
