[Resolved] Razorpay — money deducted from account but ticket not booked and no refund yet

I tried to book tickets via irctc on 2nd june, 2019 through google pay app. The money was deducted and google pay app showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account. Upi transaction id: [[protected]] To: irctcc (Razorpay. Jul 5, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jun 04, 2019 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi, we checked the transaction ID [protected] with the reference number[protected] and see that this is an unsuccessful transaction.
