I booked a hotel in Palolem, Goa through OYO online. 1 week before journey received sms from OYO that the property is blocked and I have to shift. I spoke to OYO guest manager in this regard. They sent an email stating I will receive refund within 14 days. This happened on 26th May 2019. My booking no. is VWYC3480. I am still awaiting refund after 14 working days has passed.

Updated by Supti Sadhukhan I have received an email from OYO soon after I posted my complaint. In their reply email they have BYPASSED the original reason for which I made the complaint. There is NO COMMENT absolutely about when they are going to refund my money. I attach the image of the letter from their end.

I have booked hotels through oyo and after booking oyo is not provided the gst invoice for my bookings. i have called so many times but no result simply they are asking the 1 minute time but not sending the gst invoice
