Oyo Rooms — it's technical issue disturbed me mentally and also affected by economic condition | |||
Booking ID: FBTM4526 Date Of Check-in: 8 June To 11 June 2019 Date Of Booking: 4 June 2019 So, I've booked My Room In Hotel Pragya International at Varanasi Through Oyo Rooms At 4 June 2019 And Also Paid The Amount, there I had applied some coupons so the amount was at discounted price. I got free that I already have booked the hotel and I thought that I'll just go and check-in. But At 8 June 2019 just before 11 hrs to check-in I got a message that my booking was not valid and cancelled. I saw The Message And I Booked Another Hotel at another site Which Was Rs. 4000 More Than This booking. And when I booked my room I got a message from Oyo that this was it's technical fault and I can rebook that room but the hotel I booked after it's cancellation message was not refundable. So is it not the case of mental harrasment?? Please give the right judgement regarding this. And I also want my all the expenses which has harmed me🙏 Was this information helpful? | |||

Where as bank people are asking the mode of payment the bank details which they have initiated a refund and name of the account
