[Resolved] Razorpay — money deducted transaction failed

Dear sir/ ma'am, on 23 june 2019 i was trying to book a ticket form nzm - gwl but due to certain reasons the ticket booking process was failed. The transaction has been done successfully from my googlepay account. For the reference i am attaching a screenshot. Please have a glance on it.

I booked ticket using the gateway from IRCTC app. The money was deducted but ticket was not booked. It is showing pending from bank end. Transaction id - [protected]
Please help resolve and refund.
