Dear Hitachi, I am getting frustrated to purchased this Hitachi brand New AC. It gave complaint from start date of delivery to end of the warranty. Complaint/Issue detail Sheet as following:- Hitachi New AC Purcahsed but Faulty AC provided & Repairing History S.No. Complaint/Issue Complaint Date. Resolved. Complaint No. 1 Wrong Tag Box Deliver with AC Unit 26/06/18. 29/06/18. Paytm Customer Care 2 Return Requested generated to Paytm Due to Delay/Worst AC installation 01/07/18. 13/07/18. Paytm Customer Care 3 First No Cooling & Wrong installation Complaint generated till Hitachi Manager & GM Level then Team came 15/07/18. 43307 [protected] F7BC124480C 4 Second No Cooling Complaint next season till Manager then Team closed complaint without visit. 13/04/19. 14/04/19. [protected] 9E5EEC3FFC8 5 Third No Cooling Complaint generated. 14/04/19. 19/04/19. [protected] 6 Noisy Machine Complaint Generated. 23/04/19. 26/04/19. [protected] 7 Bad/Foul Smell complaint generated. 13/05/19. 14/05/19. [protected] 8 Fourth No Cooling Complaint Generated 30/05/19. 03/06/19. [protected] 9 Fifth No Cooling Complaint Generated 03/06/19. 06/06/19. [protected] Due to Above History of failure and untrained staff practicing and make a fool to customer.It seems, that there are no qualified engineers, and they play with Hit-and-trail method, and charge from the customers for the service provided, which is not required, and does not fix the problem. I realized that I have to purchased AMC to running this worst product till some of year so I made a call & mailed also to customer care, before warranty date & after also, then same they was again make a fool with non sense reasons & didn’t give complaint number. So now I felt like somebody theft my hearten money & even enjoy with my time to whole year. anyone please help me out to return the faulty product & refund my money.
