[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — service issue by service center | |||
Hi yamaha, i have given my fascino for service on (30/6/2019) but till today (1/7/2019) it is not repaired. this is not a first time i am observing this issue. service center people are so irresponsible they are not attend cases properly. many times they have serviced my bikes. and after every service i reached local mechanics for my bike to rectify. i dont know what kind of mechanics they are. They are are unable to balance cone set itself(it is just a simple issue. even i can do this kind of stuff if i have tools). every time they are asking to replace for cone set itself. one time i replaced cone set also . still they are unable to balance. this is not acceptable from a such big company. i am not to buy yamaha bikes in future due to this kind of customer service.
