[Resolved] Cinepolis India — employee misbehaviour and not attending the customer | |||
Employee refused to give the tickets because we had 500 rupee note and bill was of 360 and he argued that we don’t keep change for everyone, either give us change or use your card then told us to wait and then to the next customer whose bill was 720 and customer gave 1000 rupees. Your employee entertained the next customer and gave him the due change. When we argued for the same that he already had change then why did he refused us.. He started misbehaving.
