[Resolved] Cinepolis India — money deducted but ticket not booked | |||
Today i. E., 24.07.2019 i had booked 3 tickets for the movie the lion king 3d (Hindi) at cinepolis website for show on 25th july 2019 at 8:00 p. M. The amount (Rs.495) has been debited from my account but i did not receive any ticket booking confirmation by sms or by email and not even on the cinepolis website. Please rectify this issue and confirm my booking through smc and email at the earlier. Or refund the entire amount to my account at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
