On July 21st i made a recharge of rupess of 348 on my mothers phone using jio app. The recharge was done using myjio via upi method and using google pay. The payment gateway was made by [protected]@icici. My money was deducted from my account but recharge was not done. I have mailed a refund request but no reply from them.
