[Resolved] Cars24 Services — rc transfer | |||||
We sold our maruti suzuki dzire vdi in oct, 2018. It has been almost 1 year now and we are still the owner of the car and someone else has been driving it with our name. They have a policy of 45-60 days but they are nowhere seen to follow their own policy. We have tried calling every office, every number but no one is helping us and we are scared that if the car gets used in any crime, we will land in trouble. We visited the dealership through which we sold our car many times but they don't even have time to listen to our problems. They are only suggesting to wait and have faith in the company procedures. After chasing this company for almost 6-7 months we are fed up now and we will take action against this company. I am launching a fir against this company. As a customer we feel cheated.
