[Resolved] Cinepolis India — non punctuality | |||
I am complaining about cinepolis vadodara, inorbit mall. From last 3 times the theatre is highly lacking the punctuality about show timings. It starts minimum 20-25 mins late which is very disappointing. It is not expected to be disappointed jn such basic thing. One time we had to inform the management to open the screen, which they totally forgot. Our time is very precious, please respect it. Was this information helpful? | |||

I hav bought 2 tickets of saaho on 6th sep 2019 For the show of 7th sep 2019 i forget to take my physical tickets nakul (he is a cinepolis associate in there cinema) who is my friend but i had a photograph of tickets but they didn't allow me entry i want strict action against this
