[Resolved] Razorpay — irctc ticket booking - amount debited but ticket not generated

I booked an irctc ticket through google pay on 17/09/2019 (Transaction id[protected]. The money was debited from my account but the ticket was not booked. Yet, the transaction is shown as successful in google pay app while irctc shows that it is a failed transaction. I have attached pictures from google pay app and irctc rail connect that vindicate my complaint. I was booking e-tickets on IRCTC. I have paid final amount via Google Pay using RAZORPAY Gateway. My Money got deducted but IRCTC still didn't get the response from Razorpay. Transection ID -[protected]
