[Resolved]  Razorpay — cash back

Hii
Amount has been deducted from my phone pay account on 24 sep and have not shared any OTP with anyone nor have made any transaction . And i have done police complaint and raised a complaint in bank as well.

Need help in this as this transaction happened without my consent. I tried reaching you guys in every way but no response from your end.

Such a pathetic service . I will File the complaint in Consumer forum as well if relevent action will not be taken...

My account has been debited from my account of RS.419 when I didn’t even order anything on this and there is no response from customer care even when the complaint is given. I need a reply for this
