[Resolved] Idea Cellular — poor network signal and data speed | |||
My idea mobile number is [protected]. I reside at 369b vip paraspar nagar, indore. At my home the idea network signal is very poor, resulting in not able to get calls and not able to access internet. This problem is persisting since august 16 2019. I have complained several times (7-8 times for this). The complaint is closed by company without resolving the issue. This time the idea technician reached my home and checked for signal and identified that the signal is very poor. He spoke to his superior and informed him the issue. After two hours i received call from idea company and the executive told me that they i need to set the network in manual mode, i will get improvement. I asked to him again that don't close the complaint until i acknowledge the resolution as i did in the earlier cases, still he closed the complainant without resolution. I have call recording of conversation in my mobile as an evidence. I have mailed the call recordings to idea (On 06/11/19) with the details, still no action is been taken. I want idea to provide good signal and data speeds at my area and shall not behave in this way in future. Was this information helpful? | |||
Nov 12, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved No step has been taken to resolve the issue.
The issue is still persisting.
The idea company is marking this issue as resolved without any action in the same way here also, as they behaved for my 7-8 complaints.
The problem marked as resolved bit it is not resolved yet.

The network coverage as well as the data speed both are very very bad.
Your idea technician visited my home and checked and informed me.that the signal was very very poor.
Still you people have closed complaint without resolution.
The issue is still not at all resolved.
Please resolve the issue .
I request don't close the complaint here also as you did multiple times for complaints in customer care service.
