[Resolved] Voltas — bill submitted to area manager | |
Dear, VOLTAS CUSTOMERCARE UNIT, sir, my complaint against the your instalation contractor damaged the power supply of neighbours, so, one of the your customercare crew called me and about my case was redirected to the concern area manager chennai600080. I called the area manager mr, Santhakumar, 600080 area mngr .i explained the problem he called group call the contractor and confirmed, he asked me the proper proof for damaged part was repaired .so, i asked my appartment housing maintenance society letter for the penalty about repaired the damaged by your instalation contractor the copy of bill was redirected to the area manager mr, Santhakumar, and waiting reply, dear, sir, please advise him to persue my case and finalise settle my money as soon as possible, wich u r client made the blender mistake. My AC is not working. once it get ON its showing some messages in the led bar. recently i replaced the external unit dont know whats happend to it. need to check please give me a call back at [protected]. need to fix it ASAP
