[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — fastag did not despatched after more than 7 days

Ludhiana, Punjab, 141013

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr.

After few days i got email with following details:

But, now more than 12 days passed; i had not received any fasttag or dispatch details from hdfc bank.

I am a customer of hdfc bank from more than 15 years.

I am very much surprised to know bank gives promise to deliver fasttag with in 7 days by now more than 15 days passed.
