[Resolved] Reliance Digital — your executive are fooling the customer | |||
Respected sir i had buy a samsung tv on 14-12-19 in shimoga outlet at the time of buying the product you employee pradeep he is sales team leader he was telling you are getting a 1year for whole unit 3 year warranty for pannel after delivery of product you will get warranty documents but i afterwards i didn't got any documents. After that i had visited your outlet to ask about warraty information now he is not ready to talk to me he is telling you are getting only 2years warranty i can't do anything he is misbehaving with me. Plz solve this problems and take action against him plz don't fool the customer. If they didn't provide the warranty then i don't need the product Was this information helpful? | |||
