This newly bought washing machine (Ifb 6 kg 2d wash fully automatic front load with in-built heater white (Diva aqua vx) started giving problems within 7-8 months of its purchase (October 2018). Atleast 6 to 7 complaints were raised in last 6 months but a proper fix was never provided. Instead we were made to purchase some or other fittings such as water softener, filter etc. That costed around 3-4 thousand rupees more.in the last visit the washing machine was taken by the ifb service people along with them so that they can fix, monitor it was promised to be returned in 1 week time. Its already 3 weeks and the washing machine is not delivered back. Ifb service technicians are not even picking the phone call now. Flipkart order# od[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
