Swiggy — pure veg order change to non veg order

I belong to jain family and i'm pure veg. So i ordered pure beg food but they delivered me toatally non-veg items. After that i called them. He told me we will refund your amount but now they are saying we will not refund my money. We are students and last 5-6 days i'm totally mentally harasses by them. I'm am concentrate on my exam that is on 11 jan, 12 jan, 28 jan and 8th feb. So please help me. My total order was 2155+30 rs. I have already 15 times mailed them. And when i call to customer care they told me you mailed us then we will further enquirey. Every time i tell him i have done already 15 mails, they told me you should mail. Behave just like robot that everything they are remembering. I am helpless and it's affected on my mind. I want to you please help us. It's by heart request sir/ma'am

The swiggy deliveryboys after delivering COD order submitted that the oder is being cancelled hence got 300 money and the company charged us 150 cancellation fee
I have the bill of the food delivered and the food picture
And when I trying to contact swiggy customer care the are not responding

Stale and underquality food. Swiggy is delivering contaminated and stale food. I have ordered chicken 65 with sambar rice. Chicken smells like rotten egg. Swiggy customer is not taking action inspite of my repeated requests.
