[Resolved] Dish TV — poor service reaction to correct my dth channels | |||
I have some issue in dish tv service that my opted channels are not working from 2 and half months and i gave compliant to dish tv on december 24 2019, and i have talked to dish tv customer care perons 5 times, and they simply say ' sorry for inconvenience and our technical team will approach you in one day and rectify your problem' but the fact is they didnt come yet, its been 15 days from registering my compliant, and i tried to contact dish tv dth supervisor, but every time i call he/ she is super busy and never lifted my call, and once i waited up to 10 minutes in phone line to talk to supervisor but i cant contact, so please take some action on dish tv management and rectify my problem, and please let me know about my compliant status Was this information helpful? | |||
