Ecom Express — regarding delivery of the returned parcel from customer. | |||
I rohit mishra on behalf of my company bb zaveri pvt. Ltd. Raising this complaint against ecom express. Ecom express is the worst service provider till date i have encountered.. My order booked through the snapdeal with awb [protected] (For delivery) and awb [protected] (Product undelivered to customer return to shipper) is lying with them from 18th of december 2019 to till. After talking to there customer care mr. Harish he totally misguided me from more than 2 weeks, always said sorry sir for the inconvenience today you get your parcel, on 10th of jan 2020 i talked to another representative (This time harish won't talk to me) mr. Abhishek, and i was shocked when he also told me that sir the address is mentioned he asked me to confirm the mentioned address i asked him to provide me the address details which was mentioned in their system and he refused. After more than 3 weeks the parcel is still undelivered. Very worst service provided by ecom express. The customer care is not responding properly they did not tell me where is my parcel. The delivery person is not coming to deliver the parcel and mention wrong information that address is wrong. When they have to pick the parcel from the same venue they can got the address easily and pickup the parcel from the venue and at the time of parcel return they told me that the address is wrong can not delivered. Even somehow i have managed to reschedule the delivery but again the guy didn't come even i didn't get a call from them about the delivery. Should i registered a police complaint against them, after they return my parcel. Was this information helpful? | |||
