[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — indiabulls collection team

Dear Sir,

This is in reference to the above subject my Loan A/C # is S[protected] I have been paying my EMI on time for the last 12 - 13 Months. But due to unavoidable circumstances I was unable to pay my 2 months EMI on time so i have requested collection agent to give me time till I arrange the amount which was accepted by them but before the time they have visited my Office and spoke ill about me, and call my office land line number saying that he is a Lawyer and took my CEO number call him telling him all non-sense, is my CEO responsible for my loan did you people ask him and give me the loan . Now because of this my Job is at stake, in-spite of all this they have reached my home resident and created useless talks among my neighbor and spoke to my sister very rudly used all foul langue shouting near my house all this happened in my absent i have not done any crime for them to do this kind of act . this has affected my life. and my sister.

Sunil agent is saying that I have fogged all my Document and took a loan and he will see to it he will put me in Jail and threatened with dire consequences .
I have the call recorded what ever he has spoken .

If i have done that how did all my EMI get debited all all most 1Yr and how did i get a verification done at my house and my office before loan disbursement .
( 9XXXXX2414 ) this is my personal number for last 10yrs am using it. how did i get tele phone call from IVL finance people, If i have done fraud then i wouldn't been traced .

Mr Arvi collection manager had come to my house and was looking to get into my the house and was telling his coluge try and go inside the house and take some thing. This happened when my sister was all alone at home.

Now i want the consent Team to get me time to pay my EMI in next 2 months only . or I will log and complaint against Indiabulls and its collection agent for mental harassment .

Now due to Covid19 all are worried all office are closed in India but INDIABULLS are working and still they are calling and saying pay the money or I will come home and sit till I pay when I have no money how should i pay .
Kindly looking into this matter.

India Bulls have not resolved my issue instead they are asking me to contact their call center. There is no use of calling them because. They will say they have no authority in their hand and cannot help me in any ways, I remember last time when i called Customer care team i spoke to a madam ( Ashmitha ) she is the manager, she said will get back to me when ever i call her she was in meeting ( morning afternoon and in evening before 5pm) . till today she has not call be with any info. I ask collection team to give me some time to settle the EMI they gave me but with lot of mental touchier every now and then they called me for the emi but some how i managed to give them, There is no use of complaining of complaining to Indiabulls team they are least bothered about you issue. YES DUE TO FINANCE PROBLEM I HAVE TAKEN LOAN BUT PAYING THE EMI, but this kind of behavior is not good. Collection manager Arvin is really mad he comes near my house and telling his collection team see if you can get into the house and take some thing and go. no one will take any action against Indiabulls because, Arvin says that he is from SRIRAMPUR in Malashwarm and no one has any guts to touch his team . What help can i get ???? I request People not to take loan from this INDIABULLS, try different ways to get loan but not them.. I have not received any response from them and my issue is not resolved. Dear sir I recharge my Airtel dth, id-[protected] on 25th March 2020 of RS.200.money deducted from dhani wallet but recharge pending.i got massage from dhani that we will inform you regarding recharge successful.but still no solution I got from him.customer care no also not connecting.please return my money back or recharge my dth.
