[Resolved] LG Electronics — Not Giving Service After AMC

Dear Concern

Here I am not at all satisfied with LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd, as last month I made a payment as a AMC ( Annual Maintainence Charges) of Rs 4080 for two years for my split A/c n now after one month there is leakage of gas into it.And I made a complaint for the same on 14 April n they took my outer machinery on 16th, friday n till that day to today they simple making me fool that we will return today or tomm.I am really sick from them n i really made many calls to them but no response was received from them.And They gave me two nos also, one is switched off n other was always busy. Once I talked to his Manager sunil, but not not given me any status.Now I don't want any service from them n returned my amount back as i am fed up from this Lg service centre people.

Please Help me/ advice me for the same.

1.5 Tr Aircondotioner purchased on 30.04.09.Service call C[protected] dtd 25.03.2010 .attended.
The unit makes noise etc compalint regd vide idC[protected] dtd31.03.2010
several SMS s sent but complaint has not been attended till today -now the warrantee period is over.
Whoto complain???
Their Branch Manager Ms Shweta mobile no [protected] does not respond to call /sms

LG ELECTRONICS INDIA PVT LTD — NO RESPONSE FROM LG REGARDING A COMPLAINT

I BOUGHT AN LG SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER ON 15 MARCH 2010,WITH 1 YEAR WARANTY ON ENTIRE PRODUCT AND 5 YERAS WARANTY ON COMPRESSOR,REGISTER A COMPLAINT ON 29 APRIL 2010 WITH LG INDIA, STILL THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM LG NOR THERE IS NO ONE HERE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM ,HOWEVER THEY PROMISE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITHIN 24 HRS.ALSO I ÄM CALLING THEIR CUSTOMER CARE SINCE LAST 4 DAYS."BUT EVERYTHING HAS BEEN FALLING ON DEAF EARS.

LG India Pvt Ltd — Gas Leakage

Dear Sir,
I have braught LG window AC 1.5 ton in April 2010 but after one month Gas leakage problem observe than I inform to customer Care with in 7 days problem has resolve but after one month same problem found than i inform to customer care than 15 days after problem has resolve .
after one year same problem observe than LG service center resolve problem but after 15 days same problem is continue............
What i will do.........

LG India Pvt Ltd — no response of complaint

dear sir / madam
i am regularly complained about my lcd tv but there is no response for my complain and customer care tell lie whenever i called to customer care , my first complain about this is put on 21st june 2012, this is very embrassing that no one hear about my problem .
so kindly solve it
