100bestbuy.com — Cheating my this online shopping company

I purchaged one Oley cream on line through this site, where in they had offered 28% discount on MRP. I had send them payment for Rs. 615/-, but they send us product of Rs. 285/- MP only. I made complaint to them but they r not responding.

I DONT KNOW WHETHER IT IS A GOOD CONTEST I DONT IF THIS IS CHEATING

100 Best Buys — Money taken no credit given

Rs 299 paid for sending certain article. Company called up to say they don't have item and they will reverse credit. Then they just vanished. No phones taken, no mails answered. I think 100bestbuy is a fake company. Please be careful before you make payment.

I had booked a product to above mentioned company on 7th April, 2012, but still today i have not received by parcel or any reply from vendor.

So i thought this company is fradulants, please advice me which way i can get my product.

I also paid Rs 399 by my SBI credit card on 15.06.2012 for HTC mobile handset.So far not heard from the Company.When will the lucky draw be announced or credit points given ????????

This has been the worst internet shopping experience for me till date. I feel robbed here, i had ordered two products listed in your website listed below.

100 best Buy is worst website. I purchased combo offer from them but the watch I received is Faulty & is china made. They are making fool to people by selling China products. I paid Rs 650 for this offer & I got Being Human T shirt & Faulty Watch of Benetton. If I purchase them separately from other shop-pies I can get those product in Rs 200. Think twice before placing order with them.

100bestbuy is a fraud comapny. I order a jeans from 100 bestbuy site in the month of april 2012 and paid the entire money through my credit card... but till now even after 10 months, I DID not received my product. Even after following them for numerous time, neither they refunded my money nor sent me the product.
Its a cheater website.

100 best buy is a fraud site... They first tell you that you have won a contest and you will be given a phone. Then one hour later someone calls u and tells you that you need to buy some watch and flashdrive worth Rs 1222 to stay in the contest.
As others have pointed out, the emails and customer care calls are never answered.

Please beware of internet cheating sites like these

I lodged a complaint here on 10th of Jan 2013. I ordered a jeans and Sports shoe from 100bestbuy site in the month of April 2012 and paid the entire money through my credit card... but till now even after 10 months, I did not received my product. Even after following them for numerous time, neither they refunded my money nor sent me the product. Its a cheater website.
After lodging complaint here, I received call 3-4 times from 100best buy (Some Vaishlai & other customer care exe) on 11th Jan 2013. On phone they apologized and issued me fresh order id for both jeans & sports Shoes. At that time they told me that both products are available on their warehouse (it’s also showing available on their website) and they will dispatch my product within 1-2 days. But till now I did not received any Courier tracking no but ya I did received 2 different mails from 100bestbuy mentioning that " We are sorry to inform you that their will be slight delay in sending your order due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control. We will be sending your product as soon as possible and will update you on the status of the same. Apologies for inconvenience caused to you and thank you for your support."
I am not able to understand that what kind o[censored]navoidable circumstances occurred which is beyond your control... if you have the product in your warehouse then simply shipped it... What’s wrong with that... or Simply say or accept that you guys told me and all other customers all this so that we will stop posting our comment on various social & Consumer forum sites.
Its ridiculous…..fraud…cheater site…. I will not suggest anyone to purchase any item from this site…… guys don’t waste your money on this site….. There are other lots of Good & Respective online Shopping sites are available which offers quality Product & Great Services.

Feels very bad that being such a big name company frauds the innocent people. I have been told that I will get a zebronicplayer, reebok watch, discount coupon, 50% cash back offer, they charged Rs.1028 for all these. The parcel arrived by blue dart but the courier person was not allowing me to open the parcel till I have paid the money as soon as he got the money he vanished and when i open the parcel I got only zebronics player but there was no watch inside the box, no discount coupon, no cashback, I have mailed once they replied but after that I have mailed 5 times but there is no reply from them, customer care is not picking the phone, only once a person picked up the phone but he told he cannot do anything, he asked me to mail to '100service' I am not getting what to do.

i have order three item but send only two item & amount are debit

I purchased an item from 100bestbuy.com. My order no. is 8199487. The payment has been made on 20th Jan 2013 but they have not shipped the item till today. For this I contacted through mail and assured to revert back by 48 hrs and they failed it. Further when i wanted to contact over phone, no one pick up their phone also. It is the worst site i experienced so far for online shopping. I suggest all friends not to purchase anything from this site.

I ordered the shoes on 17th Feb of this year and they say that they will deliver it within 3-5 days but when i called them i get to know that they have not yet dispatched the product. They money is deducted from the account but no dispatch yet. Its totally a fraud company. I don't know why there is no action against such fraudsters.

I WILL SUGGEST EVERYONE WHO THINKS OF BUYING SOMETHING FROM 100BESTBUY.COM THAT THEY ARE FRAUD AND EVEN THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS SO BAD. THEY ARE IN SOMEWHERE IN BANGLORE OR KERALA AND THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO TALK. THEY WERE YAWNING WHILE ANSWERING THE CALL.

i requested for refund as the product is not dispatched the customer support executive disconnected the phone.

Dear Sir/ Madam, I got a mail to win Apple i phone in just 999 contest through 100 bestbuy . I pay that . After 3 days i got a courier of free wrist watch gift through 100 bestbuy. And after 2 days later i got a phone call that you selected for top 12 participants but you have to pay 2999 and if you not win you can purchase any item of that money along 999 rs. from our site. I pay that money also but till date i never got any msg as well as any phone call from there side & there no.[protected] is also fixed at contest related questions. I submitted many mails but never found any response from there side. I am also attaching my account snap which showing 3999 rs. in my account . And one more thing as per their rules my amount may be clashed after 90 days.

Dear Sir / Madam, i don't want my money back but i want that no other person like me be cheated by them. You are requested to please take some strict actions agst. them. Or tell me what can i do now.

Fraud Company...I have played 2 contest and my available credit was 710. On 28th January, 2013, I purchased Outlander Casual Men Shoes for Rs. 624.00. I used 50% of my available credit (355) and the balance of Rs. 269.00 was paid thru netbanking. Now the available credit is showing only 86, though I have not purchased any other product.

The amount received by them but I got the order number 8405590 and a reference number after calling the customer service number of times, a very bad experience. I have sent lot of emails for the product shipment details, everytime I get their reply that the product will be shipped in 7 to 10 working days. Till date I have not received any shipment details.

Is this a FRAUD COMPANY ?????

I have a worst experience from 100bestbuy, a real online fraud cheating people by telling lies and collecting money.I participated lucky draw by paying 999. they informed me that u won portable mp3 player worth of 8999.I paid rs.1033 in blue dart courier and received one 300 rs china item in a big cover.The executive informed me I would be getting 1500 rs items from their website( 999+50% of 1033 what I paid in courier).All false promises.

I request u all please don't take any deal with these stupid money making , cheating people hard earn money, police should arrest and lock up them.
