100 best buy is an one line shopping co. which colluded with service provider when on 25th of January 2013
automatically opened an web page leading to their webpage Contest :::: Samsung Galaxy Tab 750
::::Pay & get a chance to win with Rs399 or get 100% money back guarantee.Trapped by their offer
and on the faith of an opening page of the browser I had paid them Rs.399/ through Internet banking and got an confirmation to that effect. Upon receipt I find the money is gone and its dubiously collecting money from consumer which is never returned back as promised but only kept with them.Its open cheating.I must warn all who buy goods on internet should refrain from paying any money to them otherwise you would be cheated.Whatever it advertises are with malefide intention with a claims that it sells cheap and economical products but in fact it is a fraud company which cheats and defrauds the general public by flashing such messages to persons & collecting money describe that you have successfully registered for 100bestbuy contest . We will update you on the result by email ."Thank you for participating in contest and mention that Your username and password has been sent to your email id and phone..Rs.399 has been credited to your account.click here to check your account. This is Contest : Samsung Galaxy Tab 750
:Pay & get a chance to win 1 unit for Rs.399/." Upon inquiry on phone after five days I was told the money would remain with them only even I do not win the product to the contrary of their offer. This is an act of fraud and misrepresentation by the co. to cheat and defraud general public. Hence appropriate action be taken against 100 best buy co. amount collected to be refunded with exemplary penalty.Respective authorities like Financial Institutions,Cyber crime departments must issue notice to them
before they cheat & collect more money form the public.Thanks

Samsung Mobile - India Defrauding Customers - IMEI number missing. There is no proper address or e-mail ID of samsung Mobile for logging complaints on their Web page.
The IMEI number [protected] on Samsung Mobile model SGH C 200 is not identified. The mobile set was handed over to one Authorised Service Centre in Varanasi on 07.05.2009 for IMEI write against payment of Rs 470/-. the set was sent back by their Lucknow Service Centre on 26.05.2009 but with the lock breakage in mis handling at their end.
There is no E-mail ID or 'CONTACT US' connectivity to lodge complaints on their Web page. A number of addresses are misleading as Samsung India, Samsung India Electronics Ltd, New weather Control Refrigeration etc.

Really samsung's customer care services are very bad.
On 3rd of October, I had ordered for a ipod and watch combo from the website www.100bestbuy.com and after ordering I got a call from there side that I will get an Apple ipod shuffle with 2 years warranty, 16 GB expandable memory and many other features and a Fastrack watch and get delivered within 5 working days. On confirmation from there side I paid the amount by my credit card after that I got a message that I will get the products within 7 to 10 working days. Its fine with me.

The problem is that I got a mp3 player of some Dream company instead of Apple Ipod shuffle and a Reebok watch instead of fast track watch. Since getting the order I am continuously trying to contact them but the customer care executive are busy not taking the call. I didn’t get any bill with the order nor any warranty card with the mp3. Its cheating. They should provide me the Apple Ipod shuffle as promised on telecon.

Please help me in the matter urgently.

The company is giving fake information about their products to the people and cheating them.

and i got a ipod after 5 days they told me to pay courier charges, but i told him no i will not pay now firstly give me my product then i will pay after that i received the i pod from 100bestbuy.com the product was good but the packing box condition was also good after that i called to C_C and asked for shoping again

One day i saw in the 100bestbuy.com that they are providing some lottery on paying some amount. I booked one paying 111 Rupees for 11gm gold. I never received any update from them. If i am not winning i must get the list of winners who are winning.

so they are cheating dont performing any lottery simply making fool to people to earn money. No one is wining.

They are so cheat that in the website there is no place you can find your order history and the order no. So i am unable to say the order no.

Finally i want my money back to my bank account. Not the 100bestbuy credits because the cheaters are charging unexpectedly high shipping charges and also the price of products is too high on their site than flipkart, tradus, ebay and all other online shopping sites. Also they have very good reputation in supplying defective items. I already lost money dont want these thing again by using that credit to purchase from 100bestbuy.

continuum care executive miss guide me and when i call they hung up and after that ignore me i want to complaint about services this is serious cheating.i talk with Mr. rajveer sing (he told me that he is senior person and he also hangup my call) after that i talk with my rahul sharma again he hungup my phone i say that i need to go "lunch"

hello.I mr Bikash kumar Bag, From balangir Odisha.i particepate the samsung galaxy s3 contest by paying rs 599.00 using my debit card in the month of january.i wait for lucky draw.i ask him through email that i want winner list.company replied that You are not in the winner list so we credit your points in your account.then after some day i get a call from 100bestbuy that you are placed in the 10 winner list .so i am happy. & said that our company send a product to you which have one zebronics mp3 player, discount coupon & a coupon.that coupon have a code & we tally that code with our code in the 03.march2013.then i get the parcel from first flight courier at balangir by paying rs 929.00. then i open that i saw only mp3 player was here which MRP is 399.other two are not in the parcel. then i compalined to 100 bestbuy[protected]& complain through mail also.by phone a lady receptionist take this call and told to me we dispatch your coupon with in two days.till date i will not received any coupon or any item.& i will not able to purchase any product through my credit point.& the customer care also not received my call.
