Dear Sir, I haven’t received the product and 15th days past and I can’t see or track the status of the product on the site http://www.100bestbuy.com. I purchased the product on Feb 10, 2013. Hello, I have received credit points in my account within 7 days from after complaint and received a Email from: [email protected] .They told me that "Your amount have been added to your account as credit points which will help you to buy another Product". And i have to buy another item with original price.
