I have purchased a intex hiphop headset with OrderId : Ref.No. 10211054 on 10 oct 2012, i have receive the shipment on 30 oct 2012, and the material is a damaged one and its not working, i have esclated a mail to the company but no response from them, trying to reach there call center but never ever connects to a customer care. kindly help in resolving the issue.
