I booked online a Ralph Lauren, Size Large, black colour T-shirt with green Logo from 100bestbuy.com on September 17, 2012 and paid the full amount of Rs. 582/- through my credit card. After 4-5 days, I was told that there will be slight delay in shipping my product due to unavoidable circumstances. In between, they shipped me a wrong T-shirt, which I was told to ship them back and also told that whatever the courier charges be, I would be paid for that. I shipped them back the T-shirt on October 1, 2012 and received a confirmation that they will ship me the correct T-shirt within 7-10 working days on October 4, 2012. Even that period is over and so far I have not received my T-shirt. All this while when I called their customer care, they kept on promising me that I will receive my product within 7 days or 4 days or next 48 hours and so on. All their promises have fallen flat. To this date, after a period of more than one month, I still receive their email stating they are unable to ship my product and that there will be a slight delay in shipping my product. I want to ask them what is the definition of slight delay when even after more than a month they are unable to ship it. My experience with 100bestbuy has been the worst as they have kept on cheating me and just extending the date. I would hereby request 100bestbuy that I am no longer interested in waiting and would like my money back, which amounts to Rs. 717 (Rs. 582 for the T-shirt and Rs. 135 for the courier charges incurred by me for shipping the wrong product back to 100bestbuy.) At this particular time when online shopping is just picking up, such practices by 100bestbuy is unethical and would impact the faith people have. I hate to tell you but you have likely been scammed by a fake web page, and have lost your money.

Google 100bestbuy and you will see hundreds of other similar complains.

You should ALWAYS check whether an internet business is genuine before handing over your details.
Please go through the brochure/bills/receipts for any terms and conditions.You can send them a legal notice stating your grievance and for the refund. You have a very prima facie case against the Company. They will certainly start responding to you immediately. I am a lawyer. Please do not hesitate to call me.

I have ordered a shoe in your shop on 21/10/2012.
I want to know when i will receive the item, I cant able to track the order. If i clicked track your order it goes to 100bestbuy homepage.Tell me when i will receive and whats the status of the product.I have booked an order at 100 best buy but I could not able to see the delivery status in tracking order.

Furthermore, the said company assures that if any product purchase from them, then rs. 50/= Will be recharged as free in customer mobile.

I have given a repeated mail, but still now my mobile has not been recharged.
