On 14 Sept, I got a service reply that Wi fi shall be installed
by 15th vide complaint no 4042294.
But my complaint is not resolved till date i.e.16th.

Are you people really interested in providing a better service. My landline[protected] is not working since a month. The complaints become useless as no one turns to rectify them. Yes, but within 2 days I receive a message stating that it has been resolved. Earlier for the same reason I disconnected my broadband as I was facing the same problem from the month of June'2011. The bill always reaches on time irrespective of the no. of days the service actually provided. I have cleared all the dues eventhough I used only a week with problems of link failure in the last 3 months.

IS THERE ANY ONE LISTENING!

Dear sir,

I am C.SUDALAI SURESH, L & T - Manager, Tollplaza, in Chennai (near REDHILLS).

I am facing more problems due to signal problem (the signal is not getting continue).

Another AIRTEL SIM using persons and all getting full signal .

I already booked the compliant for two times to Customer care (before 15 days), Still the problem is not solve.

Now, i am deciding to change the SIM, because of this problem ( Airtel to another company SIM).

What can i do?

1.The SIM taken time, i was in Dharmapuri (near Salem, Tamilnadu), Now i am in Redhills-near Chennai (got transfer). My both Number having same problem.

my connection of internet [protected] since march 2011 . I have recieved bill only once after that till not getting either thru courier or softcopy thru mail. Your customer care team asked alternate email id that also provided (2 email id is registered) . Reg this issue many times I have registered complaint but no use also they are closing the ticket on their own.. My recent complaint no .is 4073068 they assured to get back to me before 21st sep till date not resolved. You have missed to send around 5 bills so far .

Hello I m ravinder pratap singh, former customer of Aircel postpaid conn. Before june 2011 I have stoped using ur services nd told about u to disconnect it many times, for a short duration I was out of station nd in meantime u sent a bill of 1316 which received by my guardians in absence of me nd they paid it to ur recovery agent . Now I received it again dated-26 september, relation ship no-1-[protected] of amount 1060 so whoever is responsible for harassing me nd my family I wont tolerate it anymore nd if there will any kind of letter comes to me I will lodge a complaint against ur company for harassing me and using illegal recovery practices perform by u, in case u want to contact me call me at [protected] .
