Shell mobile draw 2009 — Fraud in Shell Mobile Draw 2009

I am Sunil Singh Rawat, Last week I got one sms this sms inform to me I will winning amount 950,000 USD a lottory of shell mobile draw 2009 & this person name Mr Andy Best. I sent my e-mail id & message I have got reply of this e-mail that I have paid to custom clearance amount 20,500, So what should I do? I am very confuse about this message. This Sms cheat me Please do neccessarful reply to me as soon as possible.
