I lost data when the server 67.228.0.61 crashed . Some frauds and [censored]ers from jaipur rajasthan is managing this company. They dont value clients data. Only they want to drink R** and [censored] in the night. They are purchasing second hand servers from other hosting companies and hosting the websites in a cheap rate. Since their servers doesnt have CD/DVD drive and doesnt have USB ports to take back up. In my life i wont host with this [censored]rs. You can file case againt them in court, since they violated consumer protection act. I am also planning to file a case againt them in the court. I need some witness to support me . If you are ready we can move foreward. Please get me your email id in reply to this

I should say 2GBHosting is just a worst hosting. No support, people don't pickup phones, customer care rarely available, no client data base, no servers backup, server crashes and data gets lost. Very poor management.
I am hosting my website on their server. One day their server got crashed and my website got affected.
To rectify my problem there was nobody available. in spite of repeated calls (they where not lifting) emails, chat they where unable to solve my problem. In fact they had not taken any initiative to sort out my problem.
Lastly now i am about to remove my website from their server and also about to file a complaint against 2GBHosting, they them selves called me and said they will solve my problem.
But am not going to trust them any more. i learned a good lesson from them. I will remove my website from their server and will also file complaint against them.
So this is for new comers never go for 2GBHosting. They are Worst. So B aware!

2GBhosting is a CHEATING FRAUD webhosting company . Second week of march 2011 their server 67.228.0.61 crashed and our database and website files were lost. We asked them to restore the database from the back up but they replied that they wont keep any back up of clients database. Because of this frauds i lost around Rs.35, 000. They have different company like HRNTIPL, hostrighnow etc and cheating clients . They claims that they are no.1 company doinng webhosting in india. In a webhosting company database and file backup is the important factor and this company never do it . I hosted my website with this company for 3 months and they never took the backup of the database even a single time during this period . So i suffered a lot.
They claims they provide 24*7 support[this is displayed in their website]. I hope those frauds dont know the meaning of 24*7. They never respond to chat after 5 PM (IST)[you can verify this by simply clicking 24*7 live chat link in their website after 5 PM ]
If we phone them they will use Hinglis___ [half hindi and 0.25 english and 0.25 an unknown language so that no body understand and nobody will call them again because of this multilanguage support ].

Daily there are one or another problem with their server or hosting control panel. Within three month i submitted several support tickets and chatted several times.
I have a request to this hosting company chairman/MD(Naveen sharma)/GM that please dont cheat clients. There are different ways to make money without cheating others. Even begging or septic tank cleaning is good job than this fraud activities.
As they displayed in their website www.2gbhosting.com this company is cheap in the case of money aswell as in the case of service. Those who like to submit support ticket/chat daily and those who dont care about databases/files can host their website with this company.
Only one thing i found in their website is true - Cheap webhosting in India- Yes they are cheap in case of money and service.

Dear All 2 GB Hosting is a cheated company don't waste here your time and money, they promises 99.99% up-time but this company server given poor performance like maximum 60%, so your website will not open or slow performance.they provide hosting in cheap cost and before purchasing they called dear and after purchasing they called sorry sir yes sir.
i don't want published complain here but i feel so sad that's why i am publishing a complain here only i don't want another user will face like my problems again.
the support is poor. after submit a ticket they will response after 2 hr or more, so please be aware about this company
