[Resolved]  3I-Infotech — PENDING SALARY AFTER RESIGNATION

Dear Sir,

This is to draw your attention to the issues that i faced from my previous company 3i infotech.
I was joined as a Field Engineer on 3/10/08 and resigned on 23/09/2009. During my service the pay and other conveyance were too low and proper appraisal was also not there and after my resignation they are not providing my last month salary. After one year of service i was drawing the same salary. Most of my colleagues were facing the same problem. Company is not doing proper relieving formalities and many of my friends yet to recieve their relieving letter from.

I request your kind attention and please advice me for a legal move.The harassment from the company is too painful for me and i have seen the same suffered by many of my colleagues and still suffering. This is to protect the human rights and i do believe in the strength of our law. Please guide me
