UTI- US64 Bonds — Non receipt of proceeds or US-64 bonds
Investor ID62575573 and[protected] I sent the US 64 bonds duly discharged on 18th April and the UTI are required to remit the proceeds before the 2nd June 2008. UTI has not remitted the redemption amount as well as last interest due on 1st June'08. This was least expected o[censored]TI- the "trusted" household name, especially after the fiasco o[censored]S-64 Scheme in 2003. That time the investors were urged to subscribe to the Tax Free US64 Bonds in 2003 to bail out UTI and not demand redemption o[censored]S-64 Scheme. Now when the time to refund the "trusting investors" money has come, UTI is silent. The Finance Ministry should look into this and ask UTI to pay interest atleast @ 18% for the delay beyond 1st June'08. -(INVESTOR ID NO.[protected]. US64 — Non receival of payment
Dear Sir,Can you please tell ASAP how much more time will UTI take to dispatch US 64 cheques. On the website it was promised by 10 june people will get their money but time has gone much beyond.
