THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT I HAVE PURCHASED A NEW CAR FROM ANDHERI-WEST BASED CAR DEALER CALLED "7 DRIVES FINANCIAL SERVICES" SINCE ONE & HALF MONTH HE IS FOOLING ME REGARDING THE REGISTRATION OF THE VEHICLE WITH ALL EXCUSES.THE CAR FROM WHERE HE HAS BOOKED IS JALGAON BASED AUTHORISED DEALER FOCUS HYUNDAI.I MYSELF HAVE GONE TWICE AT THE ANDHERI RTO FOR PASSING OF THE CAR YET ITS NOT DONE.HE HAD GIVE SOME FAKE CAR REGISTRATION NUMBER.EVEN HE CHEATED ME WITH THE INTEREST OF THE LOAN AMOUNT.I HAVE PAID HIM THE FULL AND FINAL AMOUNT OF THE VEHICLE,REGISTRATION,OCTROI.
SO I WOULD KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER & DO THE NEEDFUL.

7 Drives Multicar dealer based in Andheri east Laxmi compound is a fraud company. Why I am saying this is because, when I was negotiating from 7Drives Multicar, they had committed me several time over the phone to give a car with Remote Lock as a extra accessory. But when I took the delivery of a car, Remote Lock was not there with the Car. And now even after 4 months of followup, I not getting a positive reply from 7Drive Multicar Dealer. instead of that their Company Holder Sandeep, is telling me to do whatever u want and go tell anyone you want.
Even I paid the car Insurance amount with 0% depreciation insurance, instead of that when the documents came the insurance was Comprehensive. What a LIE and SHAMEFULL thing done by 7Drive Multicar.
Whoever is reading this, I suggest not to go for buying a car from 7Drive Multicar Dealer in Andheri East Laxmi Compound. Tell other too.

Truely said. I too had a bad experience with 7Drives. You might feel you are getting a good deal from them, but it comes at the cost of loss of peace of mind. I got my car delivered almost 2 months more than what I could have got from the authorised Maruti Suzuki showroom. I don't recommend this dealer to anyone.
We have purchase a Hyundai i10 on 15th April 2014, and done a
loan disbursement through SBI didn't get the car still 20th July
2014. After continuous follow ups and complaints in consumer forum we got it
deliver without registration it have taken another 20days to get it registered by spending lot of money apart
from what we paid for the registration to 7 drive cars. The car purchase was
included with gas kit which is not yet delivered by 7Drives yet. The concerned
Sales person now neither receives the calls or not giving the money back of the
kit. As per Hyundai service centre the detail of the customer is not updated in
the records neither have a stamp in the Service book due to which we were supposed
to pay extra money for first service. It
is a great mental torture and losses of around 75000/- occurred to me. The name in the Registration card is also
wrongly printed. As the sales person was not picking the phone since 1 month I have
visited 7drives and they told me will written the cheque in 2days but still
have neither received the cheque neither
they pick up the calls.

Below is my email exchange with the 7 Drives guys, since I wished to cancel the booking as they were not delivering the car on the promised date. Please note that, I haven`t received any response from them till date. So, please deal with them at your own risk...

Please find below, my emails to Vipul Nair & your Customer Care team, regarding the cancellation of my booking. I had sent the first email at 10:56 AM, but I did not receive any acknowledgement. I therefore called (name) around 01:00 PM to check the status & he informed that he had been asked by his Sir not to talk to me & his Sir would be calling me to discuss the issue (which never happened). I therefore, told him that am still ready to continue provided he gives me the exact date of delivery & I would immediately make the rest payment, to which he again said that he would be calling within half-an-hour & I haven`t received any call from him till date. Post that, I sent my final email at 10:56 PM. Since there was no response from your end & I needed a car, I have gone ahead & made a booking with an Authorized Dealer. (since, if something goes wrong, I can at least take up the issue with Maruti Suzuki directly, which is not possible in your company`s case, as Maruti Suzuki would not entertain me, as your company is a Multi Car Dealer). I am highly appalled at the fact that, after sending a mail on the 28th of Jan, regarding the cancellation, I didn`t even receive an acknowledgment from your company, nor did any one call to address my concern. I work for a corporate and we take our Customer Complaints very seriously. In fact, we ensure that every customer complaint is addressed within 24 hours & an acknowledgment letter is sent to the customer along with appropriate compensation. Here am not even asking for any compensation, but only my rightful booking amount. In fact, 11 days after I sent the email I receive a call and that too because of my comment.. Honestly I have nothing against you or your company, but with the kind of experience & the mental trauma I have had to go through in the last few days & the unprofessional behavior from Vipul Naik, I do not wish to continue with 7 Drives. Therefore, kindly advise when will I get my Booking Amount.

This happened way back in Feb 2013 and am still to receive any response. Infact, when I read some more Feedbacks/Reviews about them, they even get physical with customers who ask for their rightful things.

NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS!!!
We had purchased a Hyundai- i20 from 7 Drives The Multi Car Shop at
Andheri, Mumbai. They are one of the biggest cheats you might come
across. Firstly, the car was not delivered on time. When we opted to
cancel the booking and complied with all the formalities, no refund was
given stating that since our car has arrived, they cannot refund the
amount to us unless the car is sold to someone else. When we spoke to
the dealer's sales exec- Mr. Sandeep Jha he said that, "Do you know our
owner's father is a ACP with the Mumbai police branch?" To cut short our
trauma, we re-negotiated the deals and took the delivery of the car.

When we did not receive the RC book for more than 6 months, we started
calling the dealer's sales exec- Mr. Sandeep Jha for it. Eventually we
came to know that our car was delivered to us on a fake number plate.
The car was not registered and delivered to us on FAKE NUMBER PLATE by
the dealer!

We were so tired of them and scared. If anything had happened we would
have been in a big problem. Hence rather than going to the police
station, we started our rounds with the RTO. This time since they were
cornered, the dealer assisted us to a certain extent and we got the
registration formalities done.

Coming to the existing problem:
When we sent our car for the service, we came to know that our car's
extended warranty has not been punched in the system. We had paid for an
extended warranty along with our car's payment. Now it has been more
than 4 months since we are trying to contact the dealer's sales exec Mr
Zishan Shaikh (sandeep jha's replacement) for our extended warranty
certificate. He is always pushing us with " it will be done within 2-3
days, its ready with the company..' and other such excuses.

We are really tired of them. We would advise each and everyone out there
not to be enticed with their lucrative offers. We were lucky enough not
to fall in any problem with the fake number-plate. Imagine if a dealer
has the audacity to threaten you with the owner's connections to the
police and delivering you an unregistered car with fake number plate!

We would be more than happy to get our extended warranty certificate and
snap all contacts with these cheaters once and for all..
Apologies for all problems, which you all have faces. I am the new sales Manager of 7 drives, making you sure that there wont be any problem in future to any of the customer.

If any one will face and they will put the issue over there, so I would be there and revert with exact issue about the specific customer
that why this is happened?

I am also being harassed by 7 drives financial, they are not delivering the car on time and also they give me stupid excuses that my daughter is sick, my mother is sin hospital, etc etc...Now I want my money back, how did you all get the money back?

Hi, To all people who is going to book their car or planning to book please dont buy it from 7 drive..
My loan was approved 27 of FEB, they deliver me the car on TC no. on 7th March and still today that it on 31st March they have not evan done the passing ..
They have also not given me car cover i had to buy after their false promise of sir today we will give, tomorrow we will give

My First EMI is being deducted and still i am not able to use my card

Its such an harashment and their sweet answer after calling every time, sir what can we do its an RTO Issue..

Please my humble request to all people not at all book card with them,
I had booked a car for doing Uber business with them. Initially, I was going to arrange my own loan and then book the car. However they S.S.Marketing (7 Drive Multicar) promised me that they will loan from Dena Bank interest rate of 10.75%. I was happy and I booked my car.

After my booking cheque got cleared(31st August), their response was more of neglecting type and I had called them everyday to know the status. However, on 2nd September they finally confirmed to me that my loan would be disburse on 8th September and my car will be delivered in 7 working days. Again the story continued where they were not least bothered. After 8th September when I asked about my loan status, they informed me they are still working and were not providing me any loan application number.

Finally, on 10th they called me saying my loan from private finance is in approval stage and would soon get passed but the interest rate will be 15.5%. When I enquired about why the loan was not processed from Dena bank, they said that Dena bank is asking about 20000 to process the loan. Till 13th September, they were not able to confirm loan from either private finance or nothing from Dena bank.

Frustrated from all these, I cancelled my booking and I was told they would refund the entire amount (in their performa invoice they said they charge 10000 as cancellation amount) in 1 week's time. When I went to collect my refund cheque, they gave me post dated cheque, which when I deposited was already stopped by them. On further visit, they gave me 1 more post dated cheque, which was again rejected by the bank. Finally, I got 73000 on 13th October but still 12000 is still pending. Everytime I called they say they are working on it. Now my balance is still left with them and the owner abuses me. They are big time fraud company.

I have already planned to take legal action against them.
