[Resolved]  871-6414 — Defective workmanship

Dear Sir,
I had sent complaint about shoes thr email on following email address
customer.[protected]@bata.co.in on16 & 17 th Sept.2010.Till writing this I have not recd.any feed back.
Now I am rewriting the matter,

Dear Sirs,
I have purchased all season shoes -Product name 871-6414 on July 2nd 2010
from Bata Shoe Store,Shreeji Arcade ,Opp.Nitin Co.Thane(W).
The Bill details are, Cash Memo No.0062/02.07.10 02037, Cashier - MGR.
Amount Paid- RS.1399/- Thr. SBI Credit Card
I have hardly used these shoes may be for 2 Weeks,today the condition of sole is that it got separated from top portion.
Further the inside cushions are of very poor quality
Today morning I have visited the above shop from where I had purchased the shoes & shown the defect.
The answer we got from the shop that we have to write to Bata Customer care about our problem & if the shop gets any feed back they will take the action.
In this situation I would like to know,
1.Why the quality & workmanship is so poor for reputed Co like Bata ?
2.Why we get such answers from your own(authorized) shops ?
3.When we are saying the product is all season,in monsoon 90 % water is entering in shoe from bottom sole.why it is like this.
With this we request you inform your Thane Shop to replace the above said shoes or return the money.
Your immediate action in this matter is appreciated other wise we may have to take some action from our side.
