99labels — returned bed sheet not received | |||
I had ordered a bedsheet vide order no.99253744 from 99labels.com and the same was received on 15/2/2012 which contains a bedsheet but the fabric of the bedsheet was not up to the mark and I had sent the bedsheet back to the office via a registered parcel through indian post office on 16/2/2012.I had also sent the scanned copy of recieved bedsheet as well as the parcel receipt on the same day.From that day to the till date I am in contact with your representatives on phone as well as through mails , but nothing has been found fruitful in this side.Kindly do the needful. Bed sheet — Product Not Received
Your sales Executive Kamal was taken order of Bed sheet with fragrance quality and charged my credit card No; [protected] Rs; 11396/- on Date: 15/09/2010. At that time he had given me one gold box offer and same time he announce gift of onther gold Box offer and try to comple me another purchase with second gold Box offer , this second purchase offer not as my wish and I had rejected. But till to day my product wich is all ready paid by me not reach to me or nor i can gate first gold box prize wich was offered to me and under that offer I had Paid Rs;11396/-.This not fare deal and this type of your attitude happen with me second time,this lead me to never turn back to your offer. Please solve this issue early as possible and oblige.Yours truly;
