I want to apply for ap transport learner license. Please send me details for online application.
where is the web link to book a slot for Learning license test?
The web site says that we can book a slot from Online Services, but where is the Online services?
The shops at the RTA office are charging Rs.25 for booking a slot, why is this unavailable for common public on the internet.
I am unable to find the link for the same, Make the website simple and user friendly.
It isnt enough if the website looks nice and colourful, the navigation should be made easy.
The feedback page also doesnt work.
All I can say is "fully faltoo" website ever designed...

Make sure you turn off the "Pop-up blocker" on your browser, coz it will block the Fee payment slip pop up window.
If you allow pop-ups by clicking the yellow message bar on the top of browser, you will see that Fee will be calculated twice (I had to face this and make rounds to e-seva as they will get the data for only one transaction-for me it was Rs.60 in e-seva records while the website calculated it as Rs.120 for refresing the page for pop-up pay slip). This is a bug that should be rectified.
After you fill up all the details in the website, click on "PAY LATER" if you want to pay at e-seva (with in 24 hours) or just click "PAY" to make a payment by credit card or debit card.
if you choose to "PAY LATER" take the print of the poped-up payslip and go to e-seva.
After making the Payment you will get the message that your slot is confirmed on the receipt.

But as per my current bill, my Consumer number is like this :[protected].
But when ever i try to register i could not register and it is saying that it is an invalid number.

This AP online services where developed not working at any point of time. Using this site is waste of time and things complicated.
They have a scrolling of below mentioned line in Red color
"WHY SHOULD YOU BE INLINE WHEN YOU CAN GO ONLINE...! "
They can justify this one.
Please wake up and provide the services to people.

Driving slot booking — No Confirmation on driving slot after making the online payment.
Hi,I have booked a driving slot using the Online banking facility using the HDFC bank. I got an error page while redirecting from the Hdfc page to slot booking site. Money got deducted from my account and driving slot is not confirmed. I have mailed to transport support, but there in reply.
How I need to proceed to confirm my slot/ to get my money back.
